Advantis has developed the AMPS \u2013 Advanced Modular Platform System<\/strong>, which, unlike traditional platforms, is bolt-assembled<\/strong> and fully compliant with EN 14122<\/strong> standards. In addition, all platforms come with standardized calculations and full documentation<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

We have built an extensive library of parametric standard components<\/strong>, allowing us to configure platforms quickly and significantly reduce design time. Special interfaces can be developed upon request.<\/p>\n

The platform can be transported in a standard container<\/strong> or delivered in modules. All parts are reusable, which means lower costs and reduced CO\u2082 emissions<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The platforms can be adapted for a wide range of industries, and they are compatible with Heavy Lift Movers<\/strong>, enabling easy mobility within production environments.<\/p>\n<\/div>

In contrast, CMR movers<\/strong> are collaborative robots<\/strong> that offer greater flexibility. Advantis has developed a product aimed at wind turbine blade manufacturers, wind farm operators, logistics providers, and recycling companies that require an efficient, safe, and sustainable solution for blade decommissioning. This innovation addresses a central logistical challenge in the blade end-of-life process.<\/p>\n

By segmenting the blade on-site, the Advantis Blade Cutter<\/strong> enables the direct reuse of blade sections in the construction industry<\/strong>, or makes them particularly suitable for pyrolysis<\/strong> and solvolysis<\/strong> processes\u2014used to recover chemicals and fiber materials\u2014as well as for mechanical grinding<\/strong> or co-processing in cement production<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Cutting the blades at the source, combined with a deep understanding of downstream reuse options, allows us to tailor the cutting process to ensure each blade section is directed to its most sustainable and value-creating<\/strong> application.<\/p>\n

In collaboration with SGRE, Advantis has developed a pump kit system<\/strong> designed for draining cooling systems in wind turbines\u2014particularly during service operations and similar tasks.<\/p>\n

The kit is easy to transport<\/strong>, safely packaged in a durable aluminum case, with the pump securely mounted inside. It also comes with a tool bag<\/strong> containing hoses, fittings, extensions, and other accessories\u2014making it a complete and user-friendly solution for field technicians.<\/p>\n
