Modular Platforms
Modular Platform System – Production and Service Platforms
Advantis has developed the AMPS – Advanced Modular Platform System, which, unlike traditional platforms, is bolt-assembled and fully compliant with EN 14122 standards. In addition, all platforms come with standardized calculations and full documentation.
We have built an extensive library of parametric standard components, allowing us to configure platforms quickly and significantly reduce design time. Special interfaces can be developed upon request.
The platform can be transported in a standard container or delivered in modules. All parts are reusable, which means lower costs and reduced CO₂ emissions.
The platforms can be adapted for a wide range of industries, and they are compatible with Heavy Lift Movers, enabling easy mobility within production environments.

Automation of CAD Software
Automation, Standardization, Modularization & Parametrization
By automating your CAD software with a parametric design model, you can auto-generate all 3D and 2D production data—and, if desired, also generate product costing with an interface to your ERP system.
With parametric design, you avoid the need to retrieve an older version of a product to create a new one. This eliminates the risk of carrying over legacy errors into new designs.
Many companies work with a large number of product variants that are nearly identical. All too often, we see businesses using outdated drawings as a starting point for new variants—reintroducing old mistakes into new models.
This costs valuable time. Up to 80% of the design time can be saved—and used more effectively elsewhere.

Heavy Lift Movers
Collaborative Robots for Heavy Lifting and Internal Transport
Advantis is a distributor of these high-quality movers, available in 1, 4, and 8-ton versions in both the MDS and CMR series.
The MDS mover is designed for fixed mounting—ideal for platforms or other fixtures. In contrast, CMR movers are collaborative robots that offer greater flexibility. They can be moved individually to the load, and once in place, they can be synchronized to operate in perfect unison—allowing for smooth, coordinated movement of even very large or heavy applications.
Both MDS and CMR movers are controlled via a remote control, which provides multiple options for control and adjustment.
These movers are suitable for a wide range of industries where efficient and agile transport of heavy components is required.

Blade Cutter
Advantis Blade Cutter – Wind Turbine Blade Dismantling
Advantis has developed a product aimed at wind turbine blade manufacturers, wind farm operators, logistics providers, and recycling companies that require an efficient, safe, and sustainable solution for blade decommissioning. This innovation addresses a central logistical challenge in the blade end-of-life process.
By segmenting the blade on-site, the Advantis Blade Cutter enables the direct reuse of blade sections in the construction industry, or makes them particularly suitable for pyrolysis and solvolysis processes—used to recover chemicals and fiber materials—as well as for mechanical grinding or co-processing in cement production.
Cutting the blades at the source, combined with a deep understanding of downstream reuse options, allows us to tailor the cutting process to ensure each blade section is directed to its most sustainable and value-creating application.
The Advantis Blade Cutter is fully mobile and can be transported directly to site in a standard 40-foot container, making it a practical and scalable solution for the wind industry's growing decommissioning needs.

Coolant Extraction Kitset
Mobile Pump Set for Cooler Draining – Wind Industry
In collaboration with SGRE, Advantis has developed a pump kit system designed for draining cooling systems in wind turbines—particularly during service operations and similar tasks.
The kit is easy to transport, safely packaged in a durable aluminum case, with the pump securely mounted inside. It also comes with a tool bag containing hoses, fittings, extensions, and other accessories—making it a complete and user-friendly solution for field technicians.
Specifications:
-
Suction capacity: 60 L/min
-
Hoses: 2 × 5 m
-
Total weight: 20 kg (complete set)
-
Delivery time: Approximately 3–4 weeks
This practical and compact solution ensures safe, efficient, and clean fluid removal in demanding wind turbine environments.

Transport Solutions - WIS
Shared Transport Solutions – “Euro Pallet” for Tower Sections
Advantis, in collaboration with Vestas and SGRE, has developed a standardized transport tool known as the Common Tower Tool (CTT). Over the past few years, we have delivered multiple variants of this solution—so far all for offshore wind applications, capable of transporting tower sections weighing up to 300 tons. The CTT is directly aligned with WIS – Wind Industry Standardization efforts.
This unique transport base is designed to accommodate known tower sections from both Vestas and SGRE but can easily be adapted to fit other OEMs' towers—offering significant cost reductions and improved sustainability across the value chain.
The purpose of the CTT is to create an industrialized and standardized solution for transporting tower sections.“The ambition is to create the ‘Euro pallet’ for offshore tower sections,” says Torben Hvid Larsen, CTO at Vestas.
“There’s huge potential in maturing the value chain. Transport and storage of a tower section should not be the responsibility of turbine manufacturers,” he adds
